She is a scientist-turned-communicator with a degree in Biotechnology, a Master’s in Oncology, and a PhD in the dramatic lives of cancer cells, inflammation, and cell death.

After years of whispering to petri dishes, she decided it was time to speak to humans instead - and added a Master’s in Science Communication. Now she splits her time between research, storytelling, and running this blog, where molecules meet metaphors and science gets to laugh a little.

Matteo Favaro
Design & Visual Communication

Tattoo artist, illustrator, graphic designer, branding ninja, book author - Matteo has worn more creative hats than an average fashion week. He brings visuals to life with style, humor, and a highly trained eye for "making things look cooler than they have any right to."

When he’s not designing for scientific platforms or writing graphic books for kids, you’ll find him organizing art events, making things beautiful, or trying to explain to clients why “just make it pop” isn’t actual feedback.
